Frequently asked questions

Direct answers before you book.

Understand DDP scope, cargo review, FBA delivery, consolidation and the information needed to plan a China-to-USA shipment.

What does DDP shipping include?

For an eligible shipment, the confirmed quotation can include agreed China pickup or handling, international freight, customs handling, applicable duties under the quoted cargo basis and final delivery. Only the written quotation defines what is included. Product changes, inspections, storage, re-delivery and exceptional charges may fall outside that scope unless stated.

Can you deliver directly to Amazon FBA?

Eligible shipments can be coordinated to the U.S. Amazon FBA facility assigned in your shipment plan. You must provide the current destination, labels and Seller Central instructions. Prep, palletization, appointments and final delivery are included only when stated in the quotation.

Can you collect from multiple suppliers in China?

Yes, eligible goods can be received from multiple suppliers and consolidated at a China warehouse. Share the supplier count, cities, expected carton data and whether you need photos, counts, labels, repacking or other defined handling.

Which China cities can you collect from?

Pickup can be coordinated in Yiwu, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Ningbo, with other mainland China locations available on request. Availability and cost are confirmed for the specific supplier address and cargo.

What information do you need for a quote?

At minimum: an accurate product description, special characteristics such as batteries or liquids, supplier city, cartons, dimensions, gross weight, total volume, ready date and the U.S. ZIP code, warehouse address or FBA code.

How do I choose air or sea freight?

Start with inventory urgency, total weight and volume, cargo characteristics and delivery requirement. Air is commonly considered for urgent or smaller replenishment; sea is commonly considered for larger, planned volume. We review the full cargo facts before recommending a route.

How long will shipping take?

Timing depends on the selected route, origin, cargo readiness, carrier schedule, customs review and final delivery conditions. We do not publish a blanket guarantee. A route-specific planning estimate is provided after cargo review.

How will I track my shipment?

We provide updates at the operational milestones available for the route and your logistics contact can confirm the latest handoff. Voreline does not advertise a customer portal or continuous GPS tracking that has not been implemented.

Do you handle customs clearance yourselves?

Customs clearance is coordinated through licensed U.S. customs brokers. Voreline does not claim to be the licensed customs broker unless that status is separately documented for a specific service.

Can you ship batteries, liquids, branded goods or sensitive products?

Some products may require special documents, routes or handling; others may not be accepted. Disclose all product characteristics and brand authorization before quoting. Cargo is accepted only after review, and no blanket acceptance is promised.

Can you help source products in China?

Sourcing support can include supplier search, comparison, sample coordination, order follow-up and defined inspection or consolidation tasks. Buyer due diligence, product safety, testing, legal compliance and intellectual-property authorization remain the buyer's responsibility.
